Eliminate distractions, be present focused. Don't talk about draft. Celebrate each others’ kids. If they had a complaint, come to her, not their kid Had older team. Coached differently. Trust was built b/c of maturity. Practiced less, gave more ownership over decisions

Planned secondary break/transition with Kiki Rice/CLW. Spent offseason designing this w/ them

Didn’t micro-manage. Knew standards, eliminated distractions
