I am a board-certified physician. I worked for an epicenter hospital during the pandemic, treated COVID-19 patients. Once celebrated as 'healthcare hero', here I am in 2022, being denied expedition of my EAD forcing me out of work. @USCIS @POTUS @USCISDirector @SuzanneMonyak 1/6 It takes hours and multiple calls to get the customer service on USCIS phone. Finally, when I could speak to a real person, I was told that request will be lodged & documents will be requested if director considers my case. 2/6
