We started acquiring CRE assets in 2021 & 2022. I was also a first time syndicator. Raised $70M of capital since deal #1.

But we actually bought deals where expenses could be controlled & revenue increased contractually + speculatively via marking rents to market + new income👇🏼 Investors continue to show belief in our disciplined approach to CRE investing. We have never created/placed a FB or Insta or TikTok ad.
We expect our investors to have experience in CRE investing too. It’s an illiquid asset class where capital calls + equity loss are possible👇🏼
