Proposed Solution:
→ Standalone CLI tool for block/epoch verification
→ Mapping of block/epoch to SVM versions and feature sets
→ Support for multiple data archive formats
→ Transaction replay using correct historical code and features
→ Parallel bank hash verification for efficiency
