It’s possible to believe that the person doing the false swatting should be punished to the full extent of the law while also believing that there’s a serious problem when police can be weaponized so easily and that institutional changes are needed. When cops “doing their job” results in innocent ppl being raided with guns drawn & handcuffs utilized, all due to a prank phone call, then changes must be made so that it’s no longer “part of the job”. Swatting shows there’s a problem with how some aspects of policing are handled

Genuinely curious how people trust the opinions of creators like this. I talk a lot about this as it pertains to media journalists, especially as they can receive limited edition press kits not sold to the public, and these can resell for thousands of dollars on ebay, but man, let's be real, the Youtube 'influencer' sphere is just as bad.

My book about an AI which forces some teenagers to compete in a video game or die has now mentioned Trump multiple times in multiple different chapters, & each time it occurs I nearly cringe to death. Omg, it’s endless. I just came across another name drop after sending this tweet.

It's a fun streaming game cuz Im just doing stupid/goofy shit & laughing along with my audience, but it's honestly not worth the money. Playing offline today was boring, it makes use of all the worst aspects of the Ubi-formula. On top of that, it's too dumbed down from past games There's also a lot of annoying mechanics, like infinitely spawning enemies when doing missions, there's waaaay too much loot & 'pickupables', the wingsuit is awful compared to 5, the map is simply too large, & the lack of a skilltree removes the fun of a Cuban power fantasy

Something tells me this site is filled with plagiarism. It seems to be one of those lazy sites that exists solely to chase Facebook ad rev: ImageImage It's based largely out of India as is very reminiscent of a site that once plagiarized my work. Super cheap, almost nothing blog that exists solely to garner easy clicks & to almost scam the FB ecosystem

A few months ago I caught slack for calling out Zombaekillz. She was leveraging her race for free stuff & it was painfully obvious what she was doing, but when myself & others spoke up she cried victimhood & the gaming media leapt up to defend her. In the media’s rush to defend her they published various articles & more, even giving her the title of streamers to keep an eye on, & naturally she blew up cuz of it (even getting twitter verified despite her small size).

Okay. Fuck Returnal. Was three hours into a run, had a great build, heading towards the 5th of six boss fights, looking like I’ll beat the game &…. It crashed. And given the game doesn’t save or have a system in place for if it crashes, I lost ALL that progress. Fuck that. Following the crash my game is now experiencing a glitch where doors won't open. Trapping me forever within this room. Even the teleportation pad can't be interacted with. This has happened twice in a row. Rebooting the game/console does nothing.
