UK Supreme Court: Established in 2009 by the Constitutional Reform Act. It does not have the power to overturn Acts

🧵 Today was rough for me. Months I've been petitioning the Scottish Parliament to end the ban on prescribing trans kids puberty blockers. Instead of taking on board a thd critiques of the cass report, they got dismissed out of hand. This is unbelievable cold hearted and callous of them. Trans kids are suffering and all they are doing is turning trans healthcare into a overly drawn out beauractic farce. There was absolutely nothing wrong with prescribing trans kids puberty blockers before the Cass Report.

So yesterday, an article was released by the @TheScotsman expressing the danger of depriving trans kids of life saving puberty blockers. The TERF'S pilled into the comment section and started abusing the author and those who contributed to the article. 1/3 🧵 A few hours later the article was removed from the @TheScotsman website. As a contributer to the article I have been given no reason as to why this was the case. My suspicion is TERF @DalgetySusan who is a columnists for the @TheScotsman has got it removed. 2/3
