Should see RNS later confirming £300k fundraise approval. Following that a revised TR-1 from Disruptive (20m shares added) and director deal (33m or 2.4% to Richard Parris).

150m shares unaccounted for so hoping/expecting a further TR-1 or 2? Then it's onto the news flow. Within RNS and during face-to-face meetings the #SNT team couldn't be clearer on their plans. A complete shake up of BOD has created one of the most successful/shrewd boards on AIM. No doubt new direction to be confirmed shortly. These guys won't be here for a quick flip!
