Thanks to EVERYONE making noise about the deliberate sabotage of the USPS initiated by Pres. Trump and Postmaster General W. DeJoy in order to keep people from using the SAFEST means of voting during a pandemic.

The Postmaster General has begun to backtrack.

But he's still playing wordgames. "Suspending" the sabotage is NOT enough.

To be quite clear :

Mr. DeJoy must IMMEDIATELY :

1. Restore ALL removed / dismantled mail sorting machines

Regarding the deliberate sabotage of the USPS :

0. The Pres and the Senate hold all the power cards. Sadly, other than Mitt Romney & a few others, the GOP"s are good with all of this. The only power the House has is to shine a BRIGHT light on what is going on.

[1/5] That power actually is sufficient, if the House FIGHTS, and follows these steps:

1. The House needs to get off their fat butts, eff their vacation -- the rest of us work all the time, dammit -- and show up Monday 8/17 at 9 a.m.

John Robert Lewis [1940.02.21 - 2020.07.17]

Tonight, we lost one of THE greatest of ALL Americans.

I haven't felt this depth of pain since that awful night 52 years ago when MLK was taken from us, far too early.

[1/6] John Lewis, from the most humble of beginnings, was a loving, saintly giant. His life's journey mapped so much of America's own path.

He knew, so very deeply, from a strong position of courage and lived religious faith, that if we ALL work and love one another, . . .

We need @JoeBiden. We need a mensch.

From Rabbi Michael Beals of Delaware :

"The story I’m about to share with you about Joe Biden is special -- in fact, I’m fairly certain I’m the only living person left who actually witnessed it firsthand.

[1/12] It was about 16 years ago, and I was a young rabbi, brand-new to Delaware, on my way to lead a shiva minyan -- a worship service following a death of a Jewish person. I was from California. Back then, I didn’t know Claymont, Delaware from Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Here is my CV tracking spreadsheet, with data thru Thu. 04/30.

Sheet info: The hi-res JPG is sized 8x13 @ 300 ppi. It prints on a single sheet of legal-size 8.5x14 paper.

Bad news: There were 2,202 deaths in US on 04/30. Total US deaths thru 04/30 are 63,871.

[1/6] Image We are on a probable track to be in the 95,000 to 130,000 range for total US deaths by the end of May.

Good news: daily.tests were above 200,000.
