The agreement was reached during a meeting between President @WilliamsRuto and President of the European Commission @vonderleyen at the European Union Commission headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. 
This means different areas in Kenya will have distinct blends of fertilisers that fit their needs.
He said the move is aimed at ensuring that the skills acquired by the servicemen and women is put to meaningful use.
He said the move will reach more women and accelerate their economic empowerment.
He noted that the region must adopt a common strategy for combating terrorism and associated criminality.
The Bill — which was considered and passed by the Senate last week — sought to alter the composition of the Selection Panel that oversees the filling of vacant positions in the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. 
The funds will be used in Agriculture, ICT, Health, Energy, Infrastructure, Education, affordable housing and urban transport. 
They agreed to pursue development-oriented policies that support job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation and encourage the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. 
Kenya, President Ruto added, wants to increase tea, avocado and coffee exports to South Korea to match tech imports to Kenya. 
President @WilliamsRuto said Kenya will engage the South Korean Government to unlock opportunities in technology, trade, investment and maritime operations. 
Kenya is keen on expanding economic ties with the East Asian nation and exploring areas of cooperation, especially in ICT, education, pharmaceutical and infrastructure. 
President @WilliamsRuto said his administration, under the guidance of the East African Community, will do everything possible to ensure there is stability in DRC.
