First, INC's 43.2% vote share is its highest since 1990.
↓ 🗳️ Image 2/ Interestingly, BJP only lost 0.5% of vote share since the last election. In 2018, BJP with 36.2% votes got 104 seats.

Congress increased its vote share% to 43.2% from 38%.

India's population is expected to peak in 2060’s (1.7 bn) and decline thereafter.

And, our working-age population is likely to be more than 900mn (90 crores) for 4 decades (2030 to 2070). (see next chart) From 2030 to 2070 India could have > 900Mn people in 21 to 64 age group. Likely to peak between 2040 and 2060.

By mid 2060's, 65+ age group population is also expected to exceed 0-20 age group.
