Conservative Party leadership race was biggest political fundraiser on record per Elections Canada.

All candidates combined raised $8.3M from 55k donors under federal law that caps individual contributions at $1675.

More than half was raised by @PierrePoilievre

1/ Poilievre reported $4.6M from 39,000k contributors. It was the largest fundraiser by any candidate since Parliament passed the 1974 Election Expenses Act.
