Last night, during intermission at our gig, we all watched Will Smith smack Chris Rock for dragging Jada Smith's appearance. Though I used to be a bit of a brawler, I can't say he was right to dust him off like that...but... Jada Smith is not trying to play a role or look edgy, (even though she looks beautiful)

She has alopecia. We progressive types are often really quick to condemn dissing someone, anyone's appearance, even if they've done something despicable.

True story: I used to have a few stalkers (eventually had to move). I lived in an adorable teeny house in FoPo with a sweet little backyard that I LOVED. One time I came home from a long European tour. I'd been gone more than a month.

My normal post long-ass awful-endless-flights-home from-tour-ritual was to get home, make myself a drink, go out the back door, plop on the grass and make a fire in the fire pit. I got home, made myself a drink, opened the back door and froze.
