Video of malfunctioning Cluster-truck accelerating into neighbor’s house while throttle, steering wheel, and brakes are unresponsive.

Tesla's response: “We have reviewed the logs and due to the terrain, the accelerator may or may not disengage when the brake is depressed." 🤯 A new Tesla Cybertruck owner experienced a seemingly new issue: an unresponsive throttle. He took to Twitter to voice his concerns about the defect and the automaker’s lack of action earlier this month. Now, I should be clear, this fault is unrelated to the slippery pedal pad that would wedge itself in the footwell and pin down the throttle — in this situation, the truck’s brake didn’t disengage the accelerator, and the truck crashed into a house.

Twitter user @bfreshwa claims his stainless-steel-clad machine accelerated unexpectedly after only 4 hours total on the road. In surveillance footage, the impractical pickup darted up a hill into a neighbor’s house with the rear wheels completely locked up. The owner stated that the throttle and steering were unresponsive as he held the brake pedal to the floor, putting down a pair of 50-foot-long skid marks.

The owner claimed that a Tesla representative said during a phone call:
“We have reviewed logs and due to the terrain, the accelerator may or may not disengage when the brake is depressed. As far as the back tire locking we are reviewing.”

Tesla told the owner to deal with his insurance company to cover the damage costs. Tesla also told him repair costs were estimated at $30,000, with a one-year waiting time for parts. The owner also says his daughter was in the truck with him during the crash. 😬

Kyle Rittenhouse's image crafter speaks out in regret of the divisive monster he helped create.

He implies that Kyle scored less than 10 on the ASVAB test for military recruits.

The minimum ASVAB score to join the Marines is 31. Most people can score 50 without even trying.

Wikipedia says that scoring below 10 means you are legally ineligible to enlist, so I guess that is what happened.

All of these people saying it's better to beat 45* at the ballot box instead of the courts should remember that we did that once. We beat him by voting, and his response was to throw a tantrum, deny the results, foment an insurrection and block the peaceful transfer of power. It's the first time in 220 years of American democracy that the outgoing president refused to graciously shake his opponent's hand and transfer power over the Executive Branch peacefully. Trump is a scoundrel, a cad, a villain and a sore loser who should never have been near W.H.

Quick summary of the Murdaugh trial:

He's a rich lawyer with a long-time drug problem (opiates).

He apparently killed his wife and son to distract from the embezzlement case against him alleging he stole a few million dollars from his law firm.
(cont.) A couple months after he murdered his wife and son, he was found on the side of the road with a gunshot wound to the head. It turns out that he had paid his drug dealer to kill him, but the guy botched the job.

Trump didn't call off his mob until 4:17 p.m. on Jan 6. Why did he do it then? He didn't do it because he thought it was the right thing to do.

He did it because he had just received the message that Mike Pence had usurped his authority and called out the National Guard (thread) Trump finally realized that he did not have the people or the weapons in place to defeat the National Guard.
But, his plan had been to declare martial law after the mob took over the Capitol.

Let's look at the timeline for that day:
