Tadayoshi Yamamuro was born in Tokyo in 1960. He liked martial arts and there is a rumour he trained in a Shaolin temple. He joined Shindō as an in-betweener for Dr. Slump at the age of 22 (other sources say 1984). His 1st drawing was a SUN that he felt did not move naturally. 
Most of the times we start researching animators by looking at supervisors. These correct key animators and use recognisable yellow sheets. 
Every time that I think about the style of Mr. Maeda, these two sets come to my mind. These belong to the first movie of DBZ, DeadZone. Yukio Ebisawa is easy to recognise as the author of the genga, which was corrected by Mr. Maeda. It's a powerful style.
