A friend runs a local Facebook page that has close to 50k followers. It normally has local news etc; A couple of weeks ago a Muslim posted asking why Muslims are not allowed to buy/rent in quite a few areas in the town. Now we expected a heated debate and were fully ready to intervene. But the entire post took a strange turn when Muslim flat owners complained about their bad and horrifying experiences with Muslim tenants. Saying they wouldn't now let their flats out to Muslims either.

I stopped watching cricket and tennis way back in 2004. I was working and traveling across continents and so lost touch completely. I watched football because it was a massive icebreaker with my European counterparts. Try being an Indian working for a German Arab JV and trying to keep both sides honest. Tough. Start talking football and you have a rivetting discussion where all parties are impressed that an Indian has so much insight into the game.

The Monday before last I lost my sense of smell. So I went down to the local govt clinic and got a Rapid Antigen test and it came out positive. I was then moved to a local quarantine center immediately. And that is where I've been for the last 10 days. Just got discharged and told to continue quarantine at home.

Forget food tech and scaling up to 100 outlets and all that jazz. You just have to be a hit with 1 item in one locality, serving a set of people in that area.
