1/3 🆘PROBLEM: Reducing masks is not evid-based nor is it EVEN being data driven by LOCAL DATA.

E.g. @LHSCCanada: had 3 covid outbks 2 wks before reducing masks.

E.g. @stjosephslondon: had 1 covid outbreak 1 wk before reducing masks.

@Megan_Ogilvie @KenyonWallace ImageImage 2/3 And, there are MORE eg. where masks were reduced despite ONGOING COVID outbks in the same hospitals.

E.g. @StMarysGenHosp, @grhospitalkw: both had 1 ONGOING covid outk 4 days before reducing masks
