In 1996 I was returning from Kolkata in Rajdhani!A BD man boarded the train,he was wearing a full suit(3 pc) & a tie!
He kept looking at me, I could tell he wants to talk!He did, & told me that the buses & public transport in Kol & India are so out dated,where as they have Volvos
I kept listning, while he kept bragging!
Then he tells me that men in India do not even know how to dress!I asked him why did he think so!
He told me, look at me, I am travelling in Rajdhani to Delhi, so I am wearing a suit, look at your men, wearing such casual clothes,till here

Let me tell you an interesting fact about my home town Ranaghat!
It is called so,coz of the infamous dacoit Rana,he used to live there in a Kali temple!
You see those square box like designs on the roof,the right side of the pic!When the dacoits used to come. . .
then all the men of the house used to go to the roof top with their guns!
Each of those squares have a slanting hole!They would put the barrel of the gun through that and position themselves!
Then the head of the house would shout & negotiate with the sardar!
