My team has interviewed 1,000+ Filipinos this year.
If you're hiring team members based in the Philippines DO NOT skip these 7 steps:
1. Great English
The reality is English doesn't improve much over time.
Hire for the skills you need, not the skills they may "grow into."
2. Hardware Specs
Make sure they have the hardware they need.
Have them send a screenshot like the one below.
Are they capable of running the software you need?

the fact that an 18-year old can take out a $500,000 student loan but can't take out a $50,000 dollar loan to launch their banana stand startup tells you everything you need to know.

Here's Why Equity Will Make You Rich:
Let's say you're starting a small service business, in my case, janitorial.
In the first year you do 40k in revenue and do most of the work yourself. You make a salary of about 30k. 1/n
In the second year you do 120k (lots of growth but very possible), you have a few staff so you take home earnings of 60k.
In year three you do 250k in sales, pick up quite a few more employees, with earnings for the year of 75k. 2/n

Absolute sleeper of an industry.
You can even start it as a side hustle.
Here's how to start a janitorial business 🧵👇
1. Pick a name. If you're having trouble with this keep it simple and SEO friendly. Use the formula "your service + your location"
Do some competitor research so that you don't take a name others in your region have.

I set my fantasy football lineup earlier this week.
I am currently winning my matchup without spending time watching my team.
I will win this league and make money. (Cash)
That’s passive income.
Might have to go for some Olive Garden after this dub.
If you have an SMB you're a founder or owner.
Unless you have >50 employees and you're actually a CEO. Then its fine of course. 😃
