The PHIRST-C study, led by Prof. Cheryl Cohen's team @nicd_sa , set up two prospective household cohorts in a rural and urban site (~100 households each) in SA. The study consists of an intense follow-up period covering most of the D614G, Beta, and Delta waves in both sites. 2/n
