China which contributes 30% of global carbon emissions is planning on building 13 coal fired power stations, Japan which accounts 3% to build 23 coal fired power stations. South Africa which contributes not even 1% wants to shut its coal power stations. Clearly, priorities differ China contributes 9.43 Million metric tons of carbon emissions a year, up by 270% between 1998 to 2018 but it's building 13 more coal-fired power stations to provide sustainable electricity for their Country, while South Africa, with 200 years worth of coal decides to ditch coal

The NPA has admitted in Court that it doesnt have Evidence against Ace Magashule, instead NPA now wants their key witness Ms Choko the former Ace Magashule PA to be arrested. ConCourt Justice Chris Jafta on Zuma Imprisonment says Sisi Khampepe acted inappropriately and unlawfully by sentencing Pres Jacob Zuma to prison as his case was a Civil contempt which does not lead to a conviction, but civil remedies. Convictions are solely for criminal contempt Jafta further stated that Khampepe's judgement violated President Zuma's human right enshrined in constitution on section 35(3) and said "Motion proceedings are not a trial, you can't be detained without a trial, there wasn't a trial"

France produces 71% of Electricity from Nuclear where 40% of Uranium is from Niger. They don't have Loadshedding. South Africa rejected a 9.6 GW Nuclear from the 2010 Intergrated Resource Plan at R100/MWh and opted for French Renewable Energy at R2300/MWh. They have Loadshedding. The Intergrated Resource Plan (IRP) clearly and extensively detailed how the Nuclear Program would benefit South Africa at large and how it's finance model structure was to be execute. One of those structures was Nuclear Intergovernmental Agreement between BRICS Member Countries.
