A curious highly motivated candidate is able to formulate what was the goal and knows details, strengths and weaknesses of own work.

3) a PhD student learning herself to microinject to complete this.

U virovych RNA je ten problem, ze zacatek byva ruzne zamotany do sebe a tvori spoustu smycek, ktere se pro sekvenovani ne vzdy dobre rozpletou.
