I love Elon, but "more humans!" is the wrong goal. We need to look reality in the face and be honest about this: very few humans contribute anything towards the technological progress of humanity. Image Understand: this is not a map of wealth concentration zones. This is a map of civilization concentration zones. These are the only places in the world that matter if civilization is the goal. Everywhere else is either a failed civilization or a cargo cult.

A GENTLE INTRODUCTION TO 'MELTDOWN'

"Earth is captured by a technocapital singularity," Nick Land begins and over the next ten pages he lays out why he believes the process began in the distant past (he begins it at the Renaissance) and why it is already beyond human control. This process Land describes is a recursive positive feedback loop between the forces of technology and capital, driving one another towards such ever accelerating efficiency that it quickly exceeds any human capacity to either control its direction or keep up with its speed.

I'm developing a new art style with DALLE-3 that I call Acc/Deco.

This is a thread of some of my favorites so far: Image Image

The layered disaster that was THE WITCHER on Netflix. The showrunner who hated the books, the writers who rewrote the plot for "modern audiences", the casting director who "challenged beauty standards" by turning Fringilla from left to right.

It's a masterclass in lying.

At their core all the lies and self-delusions that ultimately doomed THE WITCHER were lies of aesthetics. The showrunner hated fantasy, the writers hated masculine heroes, and the casting director hated beauty. Malevolence as an anti-aesthetic, all the way down.

The red pill is finally coming to the realization that evil is not some 'absence of good' as Augustine would have you believe, but a true and actual presence in the world, containing its own qualia of perspective and power totally against the good. Everything follows from this. Manicheanism is deluded where it imagines good and evil as equal opponents. Any serious analysis must conclude that evil is not only stronger than good, but it is also increasing every generation. It is stronger now than ever and we may yet live to see evil beyond comprehension.

Just as we know for a spiritual certainty that Meso-American corn demons once ruled this continent (and perhaps still rule it), I am convinced that wheat demons exist and conquered us roughly 12,000 years ago. The Old Testament may well be an esoteric retelling of the story. Image Humans have suspected that plants are ontologically evil for a long time. The "elixir of immortality" sought after for for millennia was primarily sulfur, saltpeter and charcoal (and mercury).

It was functionally a herbicide, though they had a more mystical conception.

Sometimes I am floored when I remember Molyneux: he went from a million subscribers on YT, videos with sometimes 1m+ views, to an absolute non-entity, a shadow. I search for him on Bitchute: after a year, he's barely breaking 2k views per video.

Just wild. He red pilled me on McCarthyism -- essentially that there really was a Communist conspiracy, and if anything, McCarthy understated it.

What one thinks of KiwiFarms is irrelevant. Allowing a small handful of technocratic oligarchs to decide what gets archived and what gets memory-holed into oblivion is definitionally dystopian. Stop cheering for it. I still have no idea what KiwiFarms is and I refuse to learn. The point stands on basic principle. Stop begging techno daddy to censor your enemies.
