Reading this article, while being home in MELBOURNE (where people suffered through the worst of the worst lockdowns), has made me angrier than usual.

People actively mocked/fired/assaulted/arrested us for questioning, protesting, pushing back. Now you want forgiveness? No. It's genuinely so sad listening to my Aussie family, friends and even strangers explain how scared they were of the cops, government and each other during the last few years.

Not because they were worried about illness, but because they didn't want to be harassed and arrested.

I am currently - literally - WEDGED between two OBESE people on my flight.

This is absolutely NOT acceptable or okay. If fat people want to be fat, fine. But it is something else entirely when I'm stuck between you, with your arm rolls on my body, for 3 hours. ImageImage I don't care if this is mean. My entire body is currently being touched against my wishes. I can't even put the arm rests down on either side because there's no fking room.

I'm sick of acting like fatness to this extent is normal. Let me assure you, it is not.

If red states are intent on banning abortion, perhaps a good step would be fixing the foster and adoption systems. I'm going to be honest - some of the replies here tell me people don't live in reality. The foster system is brutal. One of the most abusive places to be on the planet. The adoption system is expensive and flawed. Fixing them would help children immensely.

I keep thinking about what happened over the weekend- getting kicked out of that restaurant over MASKS.

The more I think about it, the angrier I get at the state of things & the mindless sheep who defend all of this stupidity.

None of this has made any sense from the outset. Sit inside - no mask needed
Walk from entrance to table - need a mask

Sit outside - no mask needed
Walk to table outside - need a mask

Sit at bar inside next to dozens of people - no mask needed

Can't wear a mask for medical reasons - asked to leave

Make it make sense.

Yesterday, Victoria police sent me a series of angry emails because I referred to one of their officers as "corrupt".

Isn't it interesting how VicPol has time to send little old me a million angry emails, but can't seem to investigate their own corrupt officers? Just saying. What's most interesting still is that I asked if they view one of their officers sleeping with his own informant as corruption, and if not, then what precisely IS corruption as far as their organization goes?

As expected, crickets. So, does that mean VicPol is okay with this? ImageImage

I'd like to direct your attention to this 9 year old girl who is allegedly being sexually abused by her mother's boyfriend (while the mother watches).

Her father is trying to get full custody, but nobody appears to be listening. This video is horrifying. #StandForSophie Allegedly a judge has ordered the father cannot comment any further.

A full video is here:

We obviously don't know the entire story or how truthful it is, but this video honestly makes me feel ill - especially listening to the guttural screaming.

Aaaaaand my patience with all of this has finally been exhausted.

People who hurt animals deserve the chair. The story according to the a few sources:

The dog was stolen out of a rescue's yard. He was returned to the rescue dead, found strung up by the neck and tied to a fence.
Apparently the rescue this happened to is afraid to address it for fear of retaliation. Will try to confirm.

Seeing Aussies happily give up their liberties for a perceived sense of security is weird.

It's even worse because we JUST had a day of remembrance for our military.

Why bother commemorating our soldiers if you have no interest in preserving the freedoms they died fighting for? This isn't directed at our armed forces, ANZACs or our soldiers. You guys are a-okay.

I simply don't understand how so many Australians can talk about remembering the people who gave the ultimate sacrifice, while clutching their new app that lets the government track them.

So many men feel cheated and let down by the court system and police when it comes to disputes concerning women/wives/girlfriends.

Here's an example why:

A mate of mine came home recently to find that his girlfriend had stolen all his belongings and emptied his savings account. They'd had an argument the day before. She left the house angry.

He thought nothing of it until he got home the next day to find all his things gone and his dog tied up in his truck.

He'd been saving to move to Canada. She took every cent.

If I see one more Democratic politician praise Australia's gun laws, I'll lose it.

Aussies have a vastly different relationship with firearms than Americans.

Aussies don't see them as a right, or a freedom. The majority of Aussies have never owned or fired a gun. /1 I daresay most Australians are scared of them.

How can you directly compare a country that doesn't value firearms with one that legitimately views them as an unalienable freedom?

But if that wasn't dumb enough, Australia's gun laws achieved nothing. /2

I'm having dinner with my family in Melbourne, we've been talking politics all tonight.

A man just approached our table and called us "obnoxious, conservative c*nts".

I actually have no words. What gives these people the impression that this behaviour is okay?

Appalled. I mean, at least nobody dumped a milkshake on us. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

But really - imagine thinking it's okay to verbally abuse someone while they're eating a meal, simply because you think differently to them.

I thought Aussies were better than this kind of gross behaviour.
