New from me: A Meta exec told managers in a Workplace group to identify employees by 5pm today who "need support," and to “move to exit people who are unable to get on track,” according to an internal post. theinformation.com/briefings/meta…2/ The post went on to say: “If a direct report is coasting or a low performer, they are not who we need; they are failing this company. As a manager, you cannot allow someone to be net neutral or negative for Meta.”
