Ok, can we talk about these ambulances?

The Ambulance Service gave 3 reasons for requesting the delay:

1. Insurance: I’m happy to be corrected but isn’t that an electronic process which takes only a few hours? Should that hold up the launch date?

#AMShow 2. Trackers: Have we not had these ambulances long enough?Should trackers not have been fitted by now - even for the ambulances that just arrived? Was the fitting of trackers not part of the Rollout Project Plan? Unless there was no Plan. Or no Trackers...
