"Winning Culture"
As part of my degree I have written a little, and read a little more, on cultures at the very top levels of performance.
I don't understand the term "winning culture" but then maybe if I did I would be a winner?
So what is a winning culture? We, the public/fans, are led to believe that England mens football team got better because they did swimming races on unicorns, All Blacks winning is down to cleaning the changing rooms, Boston Celtics win because of a light, Team Sky won because they weighed paint.

In 2020 the Netflix documentary "Athlete A" highlights the legal proceedings against Larry Nassar and the various bodies who knew the abuse was taking place. The brave women who spoke out are currently in process of suing FBI.
