Picking up dinner last night, there was another family waiting for their order with a little boy bouncing all over the place. He was having the time of his short little life. He came over to me to play like I was his uncle. Old enough to walk, still to young to talk/1
His Mum apologized. No need. She said he has been in isolation literally since he was born. He was their first child & the first in the immediate family. She said he thinks everyone’s an uncle or an aunt & had no idea there were other children in the world until very recently/2

From “Billions around the world” will get the vaccine before Cdns...the @CPC_HQ pivot from that ridiculous but deliberate falsehood is: “the wrong Cdns are being vaccinated” O’Toole always reaches for the wrong tool. His demagoguery is disgraceful theglobeandmail.com/opinion/articl…
It’s why O’Toole does most of his outreach on Trumps social media site called Parler... “cancel culture” his framing on China, his “Free Speech” attacks on campus and the way he flirts with Yellow Vesters and Rebel Media all come from the same tool box/2

My mother literally spent the last months of her life fighting the Harris Conservatives from gutting Ontario’s System of Legal Aid Clinics. She had spent her career helping build the system because she knew that individuals cant always protect their communities acting alone. /1
She started a career in community law working for the Cdn Environmental Law Assc. One of the first legal clinics in Ont, CELA was one of the first legal teams to fight for justice along side the people of Grassy Narrows. She moved to the Law Society to help start more clinics/2

Here is how Ford & Scheer's plans fit together. Ford is making significant cuts to public education. Increasing class size, eliminating specialty courses, gutting school capital programmes & destroying the cities ability to supplement funding by wiping out development charges/a
Scheer follows with tax credit for private schools. If public education is decimated & you decide to send your kids to private school Scheer will cut your income tax. Effectively redirecting Funds from public system to private one & reduces Fed Revenue & kick starts other cuts/2

I'm not sure trying to figure out Fords Transit Map is a good idea...but this is how it appears to run through the west end of Toronto... Along Queen to Bathurst, south on Bathurst to Fort York over or under the GO tracks through the Bentway to the Ex and then Ontario Place/1
(Sorry about the graphics) If you are spending billions on a subway why are there no stops between Osgoode & Ont Place, the line by-passes the Entertainment District, Liberty Village, City Place& Ft York. This line runs thru the densest neighbourhoods in Toronto. But NO stops!/2

@LALegault OK... let's deal with the "endless debates" thing Ford complains about. Council has met 44 times in this 4 yr term. /a
The average meeting lasts 3 days. Rarely do they go late into the night & they have about 300 items on the agenda. About 40 get debated /b
