Prepared, Not Panicked: This Is a Long Fight
Most of you who follow me have been preparing for terrorist attacks for the last 18 months to two years. In late December 2025, many of you shifted from preparation mode to vigilance mode, be confident in the fact you are ready if something does pop off.
For those who are new here and feeling anxious, do not be. Fear is what terrorists want. Prepared citizens are what they fear.
We watched terrorists exploit our open border for years. The Director of the National Counterterrorism Center Kent publicly acknowledged that 18,000 Islamist terrorists were inside the United States. This threat is the exact same today as it was three days ago. The threat environment did not begin with Iran, and it will not end with Iran.
Preparation is not political. It is practical.
No one is coming to save you. That is reality. You prepare your family. You build trusted networks. You stay situationally aware. Stick to those basics and discard the noise.
And understand this clearly: this is not a threat measured in weeks or months. It is likely a decade long security challenge. That means discipline, not panic. Sustainable readiness, not emotional reactions.
The government should have been more honest about the scope of the threat. It existed regardless of any decision related to Iran. Pretending otherwise did not make it disappear. Please, be informed and stay that way.
Yahya Sinwar's Personal Comments on the Plan to Invade Israel
The following are lightly edited excerpts from a handwritten document attributed to Yahya Sinwar (likely written in August 2022 when training kicked off). Presented for analytic and reporting purposes only, these passages show intent, tactics, and the mindset behind planning: emotional messaging and shocking imagery, coordinated multi‑wave operations, pre‑staged exploitation forces, communications and OPSEC, and a drive to expand and escalate in the opening hours. Below are the page‑by‑page excerpts with minimal edits for clarity.

In the name of God. Praise God for everything and prayers for the Prophet of Prophets.
The forces must take significant steps before spring, which the enemy will see as routine and which will serve as cover for the great movement. This must be ensured, especially in locations that will become the real sites of movement and attack.
Explosive imagery: release photos designed to inflame emotions and motivate people in the West Bank, inside Israel, and in Jerusalem. Avoid long explanations when calling for investigations; the images should shock and scare the enemy. Those responsible must document these events and publish them quickly.
Examples to record: shooting soldiers at point‑blank range, stabbing some of them, blowing up tanks, prisoners kneeling with their hands raised. These are intended to produce terrifying images.
There should be several such images planned in advance. A number of car bombs detonating in a building or other site, causing widespread destruction and fire, would produce the intended emotional impact..
