The Research Foundation has $72 million in hedge funds… against what? Why are they using tax payer money to bet against the stock market?

They have another $117 million invested in global stock funds. And $89 million handled by private firms.

Then consider 2 of their 5 paid contractors are Banks.

As mentioned earlier, half their funding comes from tax payers, funneled into the foundation from a dozen other universities.


This on top of the $17 million in travel, $7.5 million in meetings and conferences, and $100 million in office expenses… how much timer does one company need?

The DOGE suggestions are often criticized for cutting into agencies like Veterans’ Affairs.

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) activities and funding sources reveal deep entanglements with government agencies, defense contractors, and foreign governments, raising questions about its true independence, mission of peace, and global agenda.

With more than $8.9 million in government funding and additional government contracts it was worth look into their IRS filings, which revealed alarming globalist agendas and high-profile connections.

President Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar, who took the helm in 2022, has a history of service in both the Clinton and Obama administrations.

Former board chair Penny Pritzker, a billionaire and former Secretary of Commerce under Obama, exemplifies the revolving door between CEIP and high-level government positions.

This pattern raises concerns about the organization's ability to provide unbiased perspectives. Which only deepens in their financials.

CEIP's programs often mirror the agendas of its funders. For instance, its work on nuclear policy and international security frequently aligns with the strategic interests of NATO and the U.S. State Department.

Other programs invoke world order and nation rebuilding. Seemingly a big task for a company that only lists $147 million in revenue. 2) For each of the last four years CEIP has expanded details of operations in their IRS 990 schedule O filings.

One such program was transitioning their Geoeconomics and Strategy program into “America Statecraft Program” in 2021.

Calling it an “urgent need for a more disciplined US foreign policy” that is “realistic about the limits of America power.”

CEIP also launched an “Africa program which seeks to engage policymakers and scholars to shape global discourse and policy in the region.”

The Chinese Communist Party connections with Peking University were publicly know as early as 2020, as reported by NPR.

“From 2013 to 2017, at least 109 universities unveiled their first-ever charters, affirming party leadership, according to NPR's analysis.”

“The new charters effectively hand the party ultimate control over the schools' administration, mirroring how the party dominates government agencies.

NPR specifically named Peking University, Renmin University, and Nanjing University, noting they have “a prominent international studies program jointly administered with Johns Hopkins University.”

Every penny counts: US tax payers funded $89 million in grants related to Disinformation and/or censorship.

Congress has long passed laws allowing this to happen legally with no accountability.

This money, being spent in their districts, incentivizes congress to vote yes. Many will run on slogans like “I got $ in funding for our state’s colleges and universities”

What they won’t say what it was used for:

- $23.5 million to Covid “disinformation” with a specific focus on migrants and to “Essential Workers and Undocumented Individuals”

- $575,000 for journalists to study journalist to spot fake news

- $7.2 million centered around media disinformation in the United States.

- $43.2 million to COVID misinformation

-$1.2 million misinformation related to a ban on menthol cigarettes

-$37.3 million centered around misinformation in foreign elections

-$133k for kids to attend disinformation camp

Below is a thread showing some of the disinformation/censorship grants that were awarded under the previous administration. $22.4 million went to one misinformation/disinformation program. The money was divided (after paying themselves) to seven subgroups, one specifically targeting Undocumented individuals

How did they do it? By paying “trusted influencers” now you understand the social media push.

And $1.1 million to University of Hawaii to spend in California to study undocumented workers to understand disinformation - this grant is specifically to collect information and data.

Nonoperating 501 (c) (3) - these are tax exempt organizations that receive private funding, but grant money to public entities- in this particular case using funds to supply a public school system in North Carolina with questionable materials.

These organizations do not have to report who their donors are, but donations and contributions are tax deductible.

Meaning an individual can avoid paying income tax, because they donated to a nonprofit charity. This creates a big loophole for money transfers to projects. @DOGE_IRS @DOGE
