Our collective consciousness is experiencing many changes as we expand into new dimensions of consciousness. These changes will appear to happen in waves. As of recently, two major waves have already occurred.
The first wave was the surfacing of our collective fear from our subconscious. This was exemplified through COVID. It became clear how many of us were living fear-based lives, projecting our unconscious fears onto everyone and everything around us.

The moment you tell yourself you NEED to do something, you are rejecting your free will. This is a lie. Then, some part of you will attempt to resist this limiting beLIEf by doing the “opposite” of what you believe you need to do as a way of retaining free will.
This even applies to things you genuinely enjoy or planned on doing anyway. When you become emotionally attached to these things, you form limiting beliefs that you NEED these things to feel a certain way. Per usual, some part of you will resist as a way to retain free will

The way physical issues in your body seem to make you feel is actually the root cause of those physical issues in the first place. The physical symptoms are not the cause of your emotional discomfort.
What is suppressed by the mind is expressed through the body as physical ailments. In other words, the emotions you suppress come back into your awareness as physical issues
