❗️YOU MAY HAVE HEARD that CPUSA candidates WON local races in the elections last week.

In actual fact, not only did these individuals run as Democrats, CPUSA had nothing to do with their campaigns. It was nowhere to be found among the several organizations listed on their campaign websites.

At no point did they openly claim to be Communists. Far from “pragmatism,” they ran as bog-standard “progressive” Democrats. CPUSA affiliation didn’t factor in their campaigns at all.

Take the viral case of Hannah Shvets, the “Communist” who won a seat on the Ithaca, NY city council.

🚫 Hannah Shvets did not run as a Communist. She did not mention the CPUSA or Communism ANYWHERE in her campaign.

She touted her endorsement by the DSA, but not CPUSA. The candidates just happen to have CPUSA membership because they’re careerists who join dozens of different organizations to network.

Let’s breakdown the other campaigns ⬇️ Three other campaigns made the rounds on X last week.

In Maine, Daniel Carson won a seat on the Bangor city council after getting the third-most votes. He also DID NOT run as a Communist or CPUSA member.

His campaign website and other articles boasted his experience in banking and endorsements from local Democratic politicians and local unions, but CPUSA again was nowhere to be seen.

Bog-standard progressive campaign, yes.
Communist campaign, no.

🧵🚨 ACP VINDICATED: CPUSA abandons ALL outward pretense of democratic centralism

Last month, CPUSA quietly amended their constitution to remove the requirement of leadership to ABIDE BY MAJORITY VOTES.

Not only that, they likely made the amendment illegally, with the illegitimate National Committee circumventing the constitutional requirements to amend the constitution.

EVEN FURTHER, they have DELETED the VERY CONSTITUTIONAL STATUTE used by rank-and-file members and local leaders to contest the lack of democracy at last year’s 32nd Convention, before they went on to reconstitute the ACP.

In other words, the leading pro-Democrat clique is further entrenching their illegal control over the party, and going so far as to change the constitution to pretend they’ve done nothing wrong. The edited section is the very section stipulating HOW PARTY DEMOCRACY is conducted and HOW DECISIONS ARE MADE in party bodies.

The section, Article II, Section 3, has been unchanged in CPUSA’s constitutional definition of democratic centralism for DECADES, but evidently CPUSA leadership has now decided it was a bug that needed to be ‘patched’.

The last time the constitution was changed at convention, the highest body of the party, was in 2014.

The phrase the National Committee deleted was, "Decisions in all Party bodies are arrived at by majority vote." Now, members have to request votes to be made and counted, otherwise the default will be informal “consensus.”

In other words, the leading clique’s ability to pressure members to follow their Democrat diktats is further enhanced.

The web page for the constitution admits that the changes were “adopted by the National Committee on July 13, 2025,” unlike every other version of the constitution in recent memory which were changed only at conventions.

Years ago he was a fan of Infrared and Haz Al-Din, but turned into a dedicated hater after disagreeing about the definition of “proletariat” around 3 years ago.
