1/ Today started as an average Sunday. I was blissfully unaware of the world, dreaming one of my usual decadent dreams. This was the one in the massage parlor viewing the happenings from above and feeling every sensation, amplified as if everything were new. 2/ As always my masseuse was a petite lady with black hair, held back with chopsticks. She's hovered over me as she worked, her fingers pressing in, breaking the tension forcing it from my back and spine.

Russians. Trolls trying to seed unrest. I once played a turn based massive multiplayer online video game where there were alliances. I destroyed a couple of mid-sized alliances. I sent forged emails. I pretended people within the alliances spoke to me.

1/ Here are my proposed steps.
Step 1. Acknowledge that like many other areas of the constitution, there need to be REASONABLE limits. 2/ While not a clone of the 2nd amendment situation, I can't, for example, shout "FIRE!" in a crowded theater.

1/ It's bad enough to consider the implications of our Pres' namesake org having lax sec security and getting hacked. 2/ It's even worse to consider that perhaps, they were not hacked at all.Perhaps their statement to that effect is not a lie.

1/ What I do when I have something I need to express when I'm angry, but don't want to regret it, is I first write it down. 2/ I include the emotions, the judgments, the ugliness, the anger, everything. Then I set it aside for a day or a week, not too long tho.

I don't know you but I do. It worked until I became allergic to it (Crohn's). I've had 4 surgeries in 34 years. They're very rough. The problem is if you start immunosuppression too late you'll end up having to have surgery anyway. Medication may delay that tho.
