This contract, signed by Paul Vallas, is definitive proof that he is CURRENTLY employed by American Quality Schools, a city contractor, yet did not disclose this, as required by the city’s ethics code

This could easily prevent Paul Vallas from taking office, should he win

Why did Paul Vallas lie on his financial disclosure form?

In April, 2020, Vallas and Michael Bakalis were 2 of the 4 managers listed in the incorporation documents for National Support Network LLC. Bakalis is CEO of American Quality Schools, a city contractor “Do you have a financial interest in any person doing business with the city.”

Vallas checked no, but he clearly is a partner in an LLC with the CEO of a Chicago charter school operator according to these state documents.

Weird how Vallas’ address is NEXT DOOR to AQS’ office 🤷‍♂️
