Was listening to a discussion yesterday on @LBC (can't remember whose show or who the commentator was) but essentially it was about the "talent" available for service in cabinet.

1/ It focused on the need for a mixture of experience and youth, having the likes Damian Green, William Hague etc in cabinet, as they've been there before and can bring insights into how things have been dealt with in the past.
