A 2022 study of extracellular vesicle (EVs) microRNA’s pre & post vaccination, may help to explain some of the adverse side effects that have been reported.

This is a 🧵 on the dysregulation of miR-132 and it’s possible pathological implications.

1/21

nature.com/articles/s4154… Image miR-132 is an evolutionarily conserved MicroRNA which plays an important role in many different pathways including; stress, inflammation/immunity, metabolism and neuronal growth.

It has many gene targets: SIRT1, FoxO1, STAT4, AChE, EP300, & MECP2.

Q. Has ChatGPT just given the game away?

With this Unholy Trinity of microRNAs!

miR-19a-3p

miR-21-5p

miR-142-3p

Please read on for some interesting answers. All 3 were shown to be ⬆️

So, let’s Kickoff with miR-19a-3p.

What is it’s role?

Why might 3 little letters UGA be important in Covid and Cancer?

Many have highlighted the key role the amino acid Trp plays in SARS-CoV2 infection

However, I have not seen mention that the UGA codon for many bacteria and mitochondria, can code for Trp rather than a Stop Codon. ImageImage UGA is also connected to the production of selenocysteine, considered to be the 21st genetically encoded amino acid!

L.selenocysteine has played an important evolutionary role in Oxidoreductase reactions - or, more simply - electron/energy transfers!

This paper hypothesise’s:

H. Pylori causes gastric cancer by➡️⬇️ E-Cadherin & p53

Normally ⬇️ E-cadherin ➡️ ⬆️cellular stress ➡️ activation p53

However, in HP infection there is ⬇️ p53 + inactivation.

How?

Via HDM2 - a negative regulator of p53.

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25605238/ Under normal conditions, p53 expression is maintained at a low level, whereas under stress conditions, this negative regulation is alleviated to ⬆️ p53, to allow the “guardian of the genome” to fulfill its role!

So, ⬇️ HDM2 ➡️⬆️ p53

Can they hide IL-35?

IL-35 is an immunosuppressive IL-12 family cytokine that contains a p35 subunit and the EBI3 subunit. It is secreted by Treg and effector T cells.

And, regulates the balance of Th17 and Treg in many diseases

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32918357/ For example, connective tissue diseases like SLE and dermatomyositis - which I have previously discussed in connection with the SP - here ⬇️

This paper predicts miR-21-5p is ⬆️

Thereby reducing inflammation and symptoms.

crimsonpublishers.com/aics/pdf/AICS.… Image This is hardly surprising given that the Spike Protein has 2 potential binding sites for miR-21 and would be viewed as a stressor to the cell.

The Twin Towers of Covid - Energy & Information!

Loss of Energy and Misinformation - Generating Entropy & Inflammation!

This Energy transfer is from the cell/mitochondria to the SP and involves electrostatic forces and REDOX reactions producing free radicals/ionising radiation. The element that is essential for life and is central to both energy and information, because of its role in ATP DNA/RNA & Phospholipids -

Phosphorous.

It’s name is derived from the Greek for light-bearer and Latin word Lucifer. Image

This study from the University of Melbourne claims to have found the miRNA Signature of Covid

Amazingly out of all the 1000s of miRNAs just 3 were needed to classify COVID cases with a 99.9% accuracy!

The holy trinity were; miR-195, miR-23 & miR-423

journals.plos.org/plospathogens/… These bioinformatics could provide very useful clues to the pathogenesis of COVID.

Two of the miRNAs (miR-195 & miR-423) were significantly elevated, whereas miR-23 was only marginally increased.

miR-195 dysregulation is related to the pathogenesis of many diseases.
