1. A first look at the Feb #Albuquerque Real Estate Market home sales date gives us some new all-time Lows/Highs. This is based on all single-family homes in the metro.

The Inventory of Homes For Sale in the #Albuquerque area is the big story this week. "Historically Low Level" is not an understatement, and on top of that, last week we had 92 Single Family homes come on the market and had 195 come off, not what I wanted to see. We have so many buyers waiting for their next home to be available.
