Wake up, US dialysis industry! We need brave disruptors to evolve our models to do what is right for patients.

First: recognize that home dialysis offers better patient outcomes. Avoiding transport, vascular access challenges (PD), hemodynamics, and better QoL are among the advantages.

Step 1: LISTEN to the patient. Without listening, you don't understand the patient's perspective. How can you offer a solution (instructions!) without understanding that _unique_ perspective?!
