Wake up, US dialysis industry! We need brave disruptors to evolve our models to do what is right for patients.

This study suggests that assisted home dialysis can easily have the added advantage of lowering costs.

Step 1: LISTEN to the patient. Without listening, you don't understand the patient's perspective. How can you offer a solution (instructions!) without understanding that _unique_ perspective?!
