Some seniors are facing 20% increase to their rents, which is egregious. It's allowed, of course, because of the 2018 loophole. Even though it's legal, it's damaging to renters & increases economic evictions.

cbc.ca/news/canada/ot… Worth noting this loophole was finally closed in 2017 by the Wynne administration, then re-opened by the Ford administration in 2018.
