Ukraine is predominantly christian orthodox country. Allegations against Ukraine that it has banned orthodox church are not true. I am going to prove it the thread below
My ~70 year old mom and her elderly neighbor went to Kharkiv churches this Sunday to show you the truth.
🧵
The first church mentioned today is the Church of the Three Saints, built by the merchant George Goldberg in 1905.
It is a Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchy.
Recently, some Pentagon officials suggested that Ukraine should rely less on drones. Was it the WP writer's misinterpretation or an actual statement by the officials? I want to address why this is wrong in the following thread. Some never-before-seen footage is below as well⬇️
Let's start with drone capabilities.
The cheap commercial drone can carry a very high-quality camera.
High-end military-grade drones have even better capabilities.
Here is a video from a cheap Mavic 3 Drone demonstrating surveillance capabilities.

Many people ask me why Ukrainian defenders need so many donated UAVs and why 🇺🇦government doesn't provide them in enough quantities?
Here is a thread explaining why @LibertyUkraineF , @dzygaspaw and fellas like @AlexBondODUA relentlessly help 🧵
All these problems below have solutions, which are being implemented by our government, but it takes time. Also, People are integral parts of democracies, and civil society is there to step in when the government fails.

The first batch of Bradley IFVs for 🇺🇦Ukraine is in 🇩🇪Germany Already.
Why are they so important? Why couldn't MRAPs or M113 fill the IFV gap?
A little 🧵
IFV is a core of conventional warfare. Bradley IFV enables maneuver capabilities for the UAF. russian war against Ukraine proves that static positions without the support of mobile forces are not defendable if enough pressure is applied.

This video posted by @DefMon3 tells me a couple of things.
Geolocation at the end.
I am not a tank expert, but I do have premium access to Wikipedia. Small ⬇️ 🧵
The action is happening at the small pivot point between Novoselivske and Kuzemivka.
russian tankers went up and down the road to get into the line of sight of the supposed Ukrainian positions and moved back quickly before something like Javelin can lock on the tank.

Two days ago, I lost a very good friend of mine, Oleksii. We served together in 2015; we spent months in the same trench. He was KIA in Bakhmut when pulling out his wounded friends. Unfortunately, he was not yet recovered. I can not post any pictures until we get him back :(
Now by pure coincidence, his daughter lives 3 miles away from Austin. I can't imagine what she is going through right now. The best I could do is to connect her with his platoon commander.

I watched this BRAD training video, and it made me happy.
At 00:04 in this video, we see the squad leader's computer.
Here is why I'm exited🧵:
2. It has a map, and the squad leader can understand where the squad is; you can see elevation, and if it's networked with other BRADs, you can see where your other platoon's BRADs are. This helps to avoid friendly fire and greatly enhances combined arms operations.

Back to armored HUMVEEs and why they are great 🧵
1. The dismounting capability of 4-door cars is superb.
You can't imagine how it's important. MRAPs usually have only 1 hatch, and it's really high, making dismounting a dangerous op in body armor with a loadout. 2. Low profile of 2 meters - is a great advantage:
- Hard to spot
- Hard to hit
- stability at higher speeds
- doesn't flip on the side
However, an advantage of higher profiles is that a gunner has a better view and aim.

Tanks supported by armored HUMVEEs are proven to be super effective. HUMVEE provides protection, firepower, low fuel consumption, and low cost.
Quick dismounting, relative safety. MK19 40 mm AGL, combined with 0.5cal MG, suppresses all fortified positions and destroys light armor
Tank operating as an iron fist in front of HUMVEEs takes the heaviest hits, while infantry with independent support from HUMVEE armaments and using it as protection.

Why can't residents of a given region vote if the region should be part of another country?
1. International borders of the sovereign state belong to the nation, not to individuals or a group of individuals identified by the current address. Borders can be changed only according to the laws and constitution of the given nation.

The collapse and loss of operational control of russian forces in the Kharkiv region opens a new doorway into the Luhansk region.
This will amplify the manpower, equipment, and ammo shortage of russian forces.
There is no way out of it for russians. The price russia paid in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Severodonetsk was too high; they couldn't afford it.
Consequences would be:
- Collapse of their forces in Lugansk
- Drift between military and political leadership inside russia.
