So @TeslaCharts tweeted this chart to @CitronResearch today claiming $TSLA Model S is a dead platform. Let's look into this and see whether there's any truth to this claim. 1) Why did he use Netherlands' sales data?
Well, because from Jan 1 2019, BiK tax went from 4% to 22% for EVs over €50,000. This of course affected the sales of expensive EVs like Model S. Here's a comparison of Jaguar I-Pace sales data from Q4 to Q1 Jan + Feb in Netherlands.
