It takes immense mental strength & focus to keep not playing short balls just like Pujara.
If your weakness is short balls and the opposition knows it, there's no way you can hide from it.
And that weakness will always play a part in the back of the head, of the batter, which makes them wary and restricts their frontfoot game as well, as they hang back on Backfoot expectating Short stuff, missing out on some scoring opportunities.

In 59 balls he bowled Vs Eng 49 are stock balls. 9 Off Cutters and 1 BOH .
With a slingy action it is very hard to bowl Leg Cutters and Back of the hand ball. So the adjustment Shepherd made is he is bowling more of a leg break using Ring finger.
