Coming home successfully is a skill.
How do we successfully transition from working high-impact problem sets to being human at home with friends and family?
It's not easy...I still have a lot to learn.

It took me an *embarrassingly* long time to realize I don’t make good decisions the morning after a night shift.
So now, if possible, I don't decide things after a night shift.
Learn your own personal patterns + adjust as much as you can.
