The Woke Right are currently trying to cancel Joel Berry of The Babylon Bee.
Many of the WR "influencers" and "thinkers" have joined in on this cancellation attempt, at least to some capacity.
This thread will show this cancellation attempt for what it is.
🧵 ... (1/34)
The current attack on Joel is built upon deliberate mis-characterizations (i.e., lying), gaslightling, and likely bot and influence networks (e.g., The Groypers).
In other words, it is not happening in good faith.
DARVO is used to avoid accountability for poor behaviour and to shift the blame onto the victim(s), thus causing additional harm.
The Woke are allergic to accountability, so it makes sense they would use this tactic.

The Woke Right desire to increase the power of the government and to wield said power.
One of their intellectuals, Curtis Yarvin, frequently advocates for a return to Monarchy.
Mega🧵

Three brief posts about Yarvin before we begin.
He has a tenancy to get off track quite a bit, which makes it more difficult to follow along at times.

The Woke Right's go-to scapegoat is "The Jews".
However, their scapegoating could have been directed towards different "identity groups".
This thread will illustrate how "The Italians" could have been the scapegoated instead of "The Jews".
🧵 ... (1/48)
During the COVID madness, a friend shared a few videos, which made the case that "The Italians" were actually behind everything.
Those two videos were made Chris Hampton at Wolf Clan Media.
Most of the information in this thread will be pulled from these videos.

A psy-op recently occurred in effort to nudge people towards pro-CCP positions.
It began a few days leading up to the day TikTok was to be banned in The US.
Several Woke Right accounts on X joined in on this.
This thread will compile info about that psy-op.
🧵 ... (1/19)
As a quick disclaimer, much of this thread will build off of posts by James Lindsay (@ConceptualJames) as well as by people whom are associated with him.
It will also feature posts by various Woke Right accounts whom were contributing to the psy-op.

A few weeks ago, @33Degreed and I were discussing the Rise Of The Woke Right, and he made the observation of how Mattias Desmet's concept of Mass Formation applies to the Woke Right.
Let's explore that idea.
🧵 ... (1/28)
As a quick disclaimer, much of this thread will be paraphrasing of both Mattias Desmet (@DesmetMattias) and James Lindsay (@ConceptualJames), and applying my own thinking to their concepts.
To avoid repetition, I may not directly mention each of them for every post.

Most on "the right" have probably heard of and/or agree with one of Robert Conquest's three laws of politics:
"Any organization not explicitly right-wing sooner or later becomes left-wing."
We have witnessed this with the Woke Left over the past decade or more.
1/3
Based on observations from the past few years, an addendum to Robert Conquest's law can be made:
"Any organization which is explicitly Right-Wing, but not explicitly anti-Woke, will sooner or later become Woke-Right".

We have spent several years fighting a Culture War against the Woke Left.
One might ask, "how did the Woke Right emerge out of this, given we ought to be acutely aware of the dangers Wokism poses?".
Let's consider a dozen contributing factors to this.
🧵 ... (1/20)
Factor #1: The Black Pill
A great many of us on 'the right' have been demoralized through the years, i.e., have swallowed the 'black pill'.
Hopelessness & despair are fertile grounds for creating revolutionaries, whom use anger to fuel action.

Let's dive into the concept of Narrative Arcs that @ConceptualJames had previously broken down, and, how it pertains to the rise of the 'woke right'.
Narrative Arcs are one of The Left's main tactics for dialectical political warfare.
🧵 ... (1/14)
For a bit more context, Narrative Arcs are stories that are told which are meant to become true at opportune or strategic times.
The Left want these stories to become "true", since this will help them cast the spell for the "wizard's circle".

Many of @ConceptualJames 's critics claim that "James Lindsay has no solutions", which is then used as a justification to "put him aside" and "listen to us, we do have solutions".
How about we take a closer look at their claim of "James has no solutions".
🧵 ... (1/60)
Towards the end of 2023, James gave an excellent presentation titled "How To Stop A Cultural Revolution" which he made publicly available.
It was the third part in a three-part series, though it can stand alone, e.g., without the deeper contexts from the prior two parts.
During the presentation, James thoroughly explains many of the tactics used by The Woke Left, how to recognize and neutralize these tactics, and, he gives many practical steps of how the average person can help in stopping The Cultural Revolution.

🧵Anyone else find it strange that Maple Leaf Foods is building their new Chicken Processing Plant only a ~5 minute drive away from Aspire Food's Cricket Manufacturing Plant? 🧐
Could be nothing.

The location of Aspire Food's Cricket Manufacturing Plant can be found on Google Maps, and Maple Leaf Foods lists the address of their future Poultry Processing Plant on their own website.
