🚨THREE days before executing Alex Pretti, the SAME agents almost killed another U.S. citizen…🚨

While illegally detaining unaccompanied minors, using excessive force, causing multiple car accidents, and assaulting multiple U.S. citizens… all in one video.

The video starts with agents checking the ID of a 16-year-old girl they had just hit with their car.

She has a U.S. passport.

They don’t care.

They had already taken her 15-year-old brother after scanning his face.

They seize her passport, and then handcuff her.

At the front of the car, you can see a U.S. citizen legally observing.

Not interfering, or moving.
Just filming.

Suddenly, agents swarm them and tackle them to the ground.

Multiple men put their full body weight on the person’s back. One agent hits them in the face, and then pushes his knee into their face, while another pulls the person’s hair…

All while the person lays motionless.

Their nose starts bleeding into the snow. They’re struggling to talk, let alone breathe. All while they are not resisting.

When the agents finally lift them up, blood is running down their face.

And the agent’s rampage continues.

Agents are then seen smashing a car window and try to grab the driver while the car is not in park, nearly running over another agent in the process.

Multiple people are now on the ground.
One man has been pepper sprayed, his glasses knocked off.

A woman walks up.

Without warning, an agent pepper sprays her directly in the eyes, blinding her, while they yell at her to move.

She can’t see where she’s going, so the person filming has to lead her to the sidewalk.

The camera turns back.

The man who was pepper sprayed earlier is now standing, lethargic, disoriented, and unable to see without his glasses, and with pepper spray in his eyes.

They slam him back to the ground.

An agent walks over, pepper sprays him again, inches from his eyes, and casually walks away.

This is believed to be the same agent who later shot Alex Pretti in the back.

As three agents put their full weight on this man, other agents begin throwing tear gas, including a canister thrown right next to his head.

The entire area fills with thick smoke.
You can hear agents accidentally hitting a car because they can’t see.

After multiple pepper sprayings, physical assault, and tear gas deployment right next to his face, the agents simply stand up and walk away.

They leave him lying in the middle of the street, surrounded by smoke, without glasses, effectively blinded, after already causing crashes due to lack of visibility.

Eventually, he manages to get up and run for help, begging bystanders to assist him.

And these are the same agents who later illegally assaulted women for filming, then assaulted Alex Pretti for helping them, using excessive force, pepper spray, and bear spray…

Before tackling Alex Pretti, beating him, removing his legal firearm…

and executing him.

This is what happens when agents are trained to ignore the Constitution, are protected from consequences, and told that violence is policy.

If this blatant abuse is allowed to continue, it’s no longer a question of if another U.S. citizen will die…

It’s only a question of when, and how many more they think they can get away with before anyone stops them. We need to stop pretending this isn’t going to happen again.

🚨ICE/Border Patrol agents were caught on camera committing a hit-and-run in Minneapolis.

In the video, an unmarked federal vehicle is stopped in the road. A legal observer is sitting in a car behind them, not violating the law, just observing.

Then, without warning, the agents start reversing the vehicle towards the observer…

But, they failed to notice a parked car sits directly behind them.

As the observer backs up, the federal vehicle slams into the parked car.

They stop… and pull forward.

You can see the moment they realized they just fucked up, and are debating what to do.

They realize no one is in it… so they drive away.

And this isn’t the first time…

ICE and Border Patrol agents are driving aggressively through communities across the country, using their vehicles as weapons, putting neighbors, families, and bystanders at risk.

And anytime they hit someone, instead of a parked car, they aggressively arrest the person they hit and say they were “rammed.”

For a department that constantly claims it’s hunting criminals, their agents sure seem to be the ones committing the crimes. They hit people, and then they kidnap them.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are now hitting unaccompanied minors with their vehicles, detaining and disappearing them, even after being shown a U.S. passport.

Yesterday, agents rear-ended a car being driven by a 16-year-old, with her 15-year-old brother in the passenger seat.

Instead of calling a guardian, agents photographed the 15-year-old… and then took him.

The 16-year-old showed agents her U.S. passport…. But, that did not matter, they still handcuffed her and threw her into their unmarked car.

Both minors.
Both unaccompanied.

Detaining children, ignoring proof of citizenship, and hauling minors away, after rear ending the car they were driving, is not immigration enforcement.

That is child trafficking.

And it’s happening in broad daylight by the Trump administration.

Because if federal agents can do this to kids with a passport, no one is safe. Location: South Minneapolis

🚨BREAKING: In Columbia Heights, MN, ICE agents are going door to door and targeting people based on how they sound, demanding proof of citizenship, then human trafficking them when they refuse to comply with unlawful orders.

In the video, a man is standing by a garage on private property. ICE agents approach him and demand identification.

The man correctly states that he does not have to show ID. He is not suspected of a crime, he is on private property, and the agents have no warrant…

He then asks why he is required to provide documentation.

An agent then says the quiet part out loud… “Because of your accent.”

The man points out the obvious, “You have an accent too.”

The agent then asks, “Where were you born?”

The man responds, “Where were you born?”

At that point, the agent escalates. He orders, “Put your hands behind your back,” then physically grabs the man, shoves him against the garage, and restrains him without a warrant, without probable cause, and without reasonable suspicion of a crime, or even knowing who he is.

Another agent steps directly in front of the camera to obstruct recording, while another joins in assaulting the man on private property.

What’s illegal here is visible on video:

• Detaining someone on private property without a warrant
• Demanding identification without reasonable suspicion
• Targeting someone based solely on accent or perceived national origin
• Using force to enforce an unlawful order
• Obstructing a lawful recording of law enforcement

The man is then taken against his will so ICE can “prove his status.”

That is not a lawful stop, it is human trafficking under color of law, seizing a person first and transporting them elsewhere to investigate their identity later, all for profit.

This is not border enforcement. This is not public safety.

This is government agents abducting people based on how they sound, then trafficking them through detention systems for funding, quotas, and “processing.”

And the question isn’t whether this man had legal status.

The question is how long Americans will tolerate federal agents kidnapping people on private property, calling it “verification,” and pretending the Constitution no longer applies. They are taking people on private property, and from bathrooms!

🚨BREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth ICE doesn’t want you to see… compliance does not protect you.

In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driver’s ID.

The man calmly asks the most basic, legally protected question: “Why am I being pulled over?”

They never answer… because they don’t have a legal reason to stop him.

Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway.

An agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, “No problem, sir, I’ll get out.”

The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: “I need to see your ID.”

Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it.

At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID.

This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload… a tactic used to manufacture “noncompliance” so force can be justified.

ICE’s own training materials explicitly state:

“Noncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.”

In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime.

And here’s the key legal issue:

Unless agents have:
• a valid arrest warrant, or
• probable cause that a specific crime has been committed

they cannot:
• use force
• break windows
• issue violent threats
• detain or arrest someone

Probable cause means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred… not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions.

Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting:
“First time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.”

The driver responds:
“Are you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?”

The agent replies:
“I don’t know. Hands up.”

Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands.

At one point, the agent orders the driver to “talk to the original agent”… which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat.

Then the man asks, “Are you feeling unsafe or uneasy?”

The agent responds, “I don’t know, man.” while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking.

The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men:
“How many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. I’m asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?”

He even offers… again… to step out of the vehicle.

This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse.

No probable cause.
No warrant.
No lawful basis for force.

And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents.

This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions… and still be threatened with violence.

So, the question isn’t “Why didn’t he just comply?”

The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook… and how many more will be, before this stops? This is what they are doing, and they are now stopping anyone they want. People will be shot every day if things do not change.

🚨Last night, in Minneapolis, federal agents fired green chemical gas into a residential neighborhood after community members showed up to document what was happening on their own block.

Let’s be very clear about what that means…

This wasn’t a federal courthouse.
This wasn’t federal property.
This was people standing in the streets where they live… streets lined with houses, apartments, kids, babies, and pregnant people.

That green gas didn’t just hit people outside. It spread through the neighborhood, into yards and homes.

Agents also threw flash bangs at a family trying to leave because of the smoke, even though they had small children, including a 6-month-old who was later taken to the hospital by ambulance.

And, the green gas matters. This isn’t “normal” tear gas.

That same green smoke has been documented before… in Portland… where it was used by federal agents to “protect” federal buildings.

Independent testing found it contained hexachloroethane, which produces zinc chloride smoke when deployed. The U.S. military stopped using it decades ago because of how toxic it is.

Exposure to this gas is linked to burning skin and eyes, coughing, vomiting, chest pain, and serious respiratory injury, with the risk of delayed and long-term lung damage. This is especially dangerous for infants, children, pregnant people, and anyone with asthma or other respiratory conditions.

Now, federal agents are using it in neighborhoods.

And on top of that… ICE and other federal agents are not supposed to be doing crowd control in residential areas at all.

Their authority is limited to specific federal functions. Crowd control in city streets is not one of them. They do not have blanket jurisdiction to gas neighborhoods because people are in their own neighborhood streets.

So what we’re watching is federal agents:

• acting outside their role
• performing crowd control where they have no jurisdiction
• firing toxic green gas into civilian neighborhoods
• and exposing families inside their own homes to chemicals that cause real physical harm.

This isn’t public safety.
This isn’t lawful enforcement.

This is the federal government treating American neighborhoods like hostile territory… and using chemical weapons to do it.

That should alarm everyone, because there is nothing stopping this from happening in your neighborhood next.Image This could happen to your family, as you try to leave a chemical attack on your neighborhood.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just flash-banged and tear-gassed a 6-month-old baby.

ICE agents began tear-gassing a residential neighborhood after shooting a man nearby.

As the gas spread, a family got into their vehicle to escape the tear gas.

In the video, a man is seen standing in front of a car with airbags deployed on all sides, explaining that he told the agents he was trying to leave his house, with his family because of the tear gas.

Despite this, an agent threw multiple flash-bang grenades at the vehicle anyway… while children were inside.

Inside the van was a 6-month-old infant who stopped breathing after the attack. EMTs were called and taking the baby in an ambulance.

This was not a chaotic crowd encounter. The family was attempting to leave, not confront officers.

Federal agents are creating danger and then punish civilians for trying to escape it. They are shooting at houses with children inside, and people running into their own house, and throwing flash bangs at families trying to leave a tear gassed neighborhood, with a 6 month old, who then stopped breathing

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents shot a man in the leg as he ran into his own home… while a pregnant woman and children were inside, in Minneapolis.

In the video, the family is heard calling the police for help, saying ICE agents followed the man for about 30 minutes.

When he reached his home, he ran inside. An agent then opened fired toward the house, hitting him in the leg.

Let’s be clear about what that means.

Law enforcement is not allowed to use lethal force just because someone runs.

Law enforcement is not allowed to fire toward an occupied home.

Law enforcement is not allowed to seize someone inside their home without a judicial warrant, absent extremely narrow circumstances.

This shot was fired in the direction of a house with children inside.

This was not a split-second traffic stop.

This was not an imminent threat to anyone inside that home.

If families are calling the police because federal agents are firing toward their house, the question isn’t whether this is normal. The question is how much longer the government will keep violating the Constitution before someone else is killed. This is their new normal.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis violently detained, threatened, and arrested a U.S. citizen for one reason only, he refused to prove his citizenship.

In the video, agents immediately escalate to physical force. A man stands with his hands up, repeatedly saying, “I’m not doing anything,” while agents shove him, force him against his car, and begin an illegal search.

No crime. No warrant. No probable cause.

An agent falsely claims, “That’s assault,” while they are actively assaulting a U.S. citizen who is complying and not resisting.

Moments later, the agent admits the truth, saying, “And all we needed was your ID,” openly acknowledging this was an unlawful detention based solely on a refusal to produce identification.

That is not legal.

The short agent then threatens, “Don’t move or you will be fucking tased.”

The man calmly responds, “I’m not moving.”

The short agent escalates again, snarling, “You’re a fucking bitch, and you’re going to learn the hard way.”

That is a direct threat of violence against a U.S. citizen whose hands are already behind his back.

They dig through his pockets anyway, repeating, “I just asked you for an ID,” as if that excuses violating the Fourth Amendment.

Then, in a moment that exposes the entire operation, the short agent announces, “He has a gun on him! Wouldn’t you look at that.”

As if Minnesota is not a conceal-carry state.

The man immediately responds, “A fully registered firearm. Because I’m a U.S. citizen.”

The short agent casually tosses the firearm onto the car after removing the magazine, demonstrating reckless handling of a legally owned weapon.

By this point, they have removed his wallet, yet, still do not check his ID, and still continue the arrest.

The man states the obvious, “Unlawful arrest.”

The short agent replies, “We’ll see about that.”

When asked what crime he committed, the short agent deflects, saying, “We’re going to talk about that when we get in the car,” knowing full well he is on camera and cannot articulate a lawful reason.

Only then do agents begin changing their story, claiming the man “reached for something.”

The man immediately corrects them, he reached for his whistle.

ICE agents already admitted the detention was because he refused to show ID. They did not know he was carrying a firearm until after the illegal search. Now they are retroactively inventing justification.

The video contradicts every word they say.

This wasn’t law enforcement. This was intimidation, retaliation, and a fishing expedition carried out by armed agents.

If not carry papers, as a U.S. citizen, gets you assaulted and arrested, then this isn’t law enforcement. It’s a police state. This is the new normal.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents are caught on camera unlawfully stopping and threatening a U.S. citizen at a gas station, with zero legal basis.

In the video, a Border Patrol agent approaches a man who is simply pumping gas into an unmarked vehicle and immediately demands, “Let me see your ID.”

The man correctly responds, “I don’t have to show it to you.”

Instead of stating any lawful reason for the stop, the agent escalates and asks, “How do I know you’re a U.S. citizen?”

That question alone exposes the violation.

The man is wearing normal clothing, committing no crime, not crossing a border, not driving, and not suspected of anything. There is no traffic stop, no reasonable suspicion, no probable cause, and no legal authority to demand proof of citizenship in this context.

So, what the agent is really saying is this:

If you don’t look white enough, you must prove you belong.

That is racial profiling. It is unconstitutional. And it is illegal.

The agent then issues a threat: “This can go two ways. I can take you in, or you show me your ID.”

That is not a choice, it’s coercion.

Faced with the threat of unlawful detention, the man is forced to hand over his identification, surrendering his rights under duress.

This is exactly how constitutional rights are stripped away, not by law, but by intimidation.

If Border Patrol can demand “proof of citizenship” from Americans at a gas station with no cause, then no one’s rights are safe. They are pointing guns at US citizens, forcing them on their knees to check citizenship.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are assaulting U.S. citizens on public sidewalks in Minneapolis.

In the video, agents are walking down a public sidewalk. A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away.

Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened.

Let’s be clear about what this is.

This is assault.
This is use of force without legal justification.
This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic.
This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law.
This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat.

These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space.

If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot.

When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away.

So ask yourself this:

If armed federal agents can assault U.S. citizens for standing on a sidewalk, what exactly is left of the rule of law? They are threatening to shoot US citizens.

🚨 BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis are seen arresting another teenager without verifying his identity first, and admit to it on camera.

In the video, the teenager calmly tells agents he can go inside and get his ID to prove who he is. The agents refuse. Instead, they say they’ll “take pictures at HQ”… and then force him into their SUV anyway.

That is deeply alarming.

Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people first and figure out who they are later without lawful justification.

Detaining someone without verifying identity, without probable cause, and without allowing them to present ID raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns.

You cannot seize a person just to “check” who they are.

This also mirrors what DHS has now openly admitted: that people are being detained first and sorted out later based on suspicion alone.

That means innocent people, minors, and U.S. citizens are being taken into custody without verification, without charges, and without due process.

If the government can forcibly detain someone simply to identify them, that is not law enforcement… that is unlawful detention. This is illegal, and they are just openly tweeting about doing it…

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally detaining a U.S. citizen in Richfield, Minnesota.

In the video, ICE agents surround a man who is already on his knees on the pavement, with his hands raised, while agents stand over him and verify his citizenship.

This alone is a serious constitutional violation.

ICE does not have authority to detain U.S. citizens to check their immigration status.

They also do not need someone on their knees to “verify” citizenship.

And forcing someone into a compliance position on the ground without probable cause constitutes an unlawful detention under the Fourth Amendment.

After agents confirm he is a U.S. citizen, the man stands up and begins yelling… visibly angry and shaken.

The man is yelling at agents for swarming his car at gun point, a U.S. citizen, and forcing him out. Saying, “I could’ve died.”

ICE agents then try to claim it was because of his registration. A line they often use, that still doesn’t justify their actions.

What this video shows is federal agents detaining first, forcing compliance, then checking legality afterward… the opposite of how policing in a constitutional system is supposed to work.

If ICE can force a U.S. citizen to the ground over a car they happen to be driving, citizenship no longer protects you.

This isn’t a minor mistake. It’s a clear abuse of power and a violation of the Fourth Amendment, and every American should be outraged. They are openly admitting to just taking people without verifying their identity, or knowing who they are.

🚨BREAKING: Once again, ICE agents are admitting, on camera, that Renee Good was not shot in self-defense.

In the video, a U.S. citizen is driving when he sees ICE agents.

He stops his car, exits, and begins blowing a whistle… a lawful act protected by the First Amendment.

An agent approaches him. The man backs away, does not interfere, does not block agents, and does not make physical contact.

Despite this, the agent says:

“Do you think this is a big game? Is this a game to you guys? That’s why that lady got hurt the other day.”

That statement matters.

The agent is threatening a U.S. citizen with lethal force for protected speech.

That is illegal.

Law enforcement cannot threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against civilians for exercising First Amendment rights.

He said this to a man who was unarmed, on foot, and not posing any immediate threat.

By the agent’s own words, Renee Good was not shot because of self-defense, but because she was drawing attention to ICE’s presence. That is not a lawful justification for using deadly force.

This video shows constitutional violations in real time:

• First Amendment retaliation
• Threats of violence without legal cause
• Abuse of authority under color of law

I don’t know how many more videos need to come out before accountability happens. When federal agents threaten to kill Americans for making noise, the law has already been broken… and the Constitution is being treated as optional. They keep threatening to use lethal force against US citizens for exercising constitutional rights.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol just blatantly violated the constitution and illegally stormed a family home in Minneapolis…

Kicked the door in, guns drawn, tased multiple U.S. citizens, with children inside, WITHOUT a judicial warrant AND WITHOUT a no-knock warrant.

Watch the video. You hear them scream “We have a warrant!” and then immediately smash the door in.

No pause. No paperwork. No judge issued warrant.

And here’s the part they don’t want you to understand:

If you don’t have a judicial warrant, you do not get to enter a home.
If you don’t have a no-knock warrant, you do not get to kick a door in.

They had neither.

Then you see the inside footage.

A woman, in her own home, surrounded by armed men, asks a very simple question:

“Where’s the warrant? Show me the warrant. There are kids in this house. Put the guns down.”

She asks again: “Where is the warrant?”

The agent says, “We’re getting it.”
Then says he doesn’t have to show it.

So let’s be clear:

They admit they don’t have the warrant, but they enter anyway, rifles up, adrenaline high, kids watching.

They grab a man. Still no warrant.
They order the woman to “back up”… inside her own house… while they are illegally trespassing.

When she doesn’t comply fast enough, he shoves her. That is assault.

In the background, another woman is tased for hugging the man they’re trying to take. Not attacking. Not armed. Just holding onto someone she cares about.

Still. No warrant.

Then the woman filming has a taser aimed directly at her. She’s standing in a doorway, asking… again… for the warrant they keep lying about.

An agent fires the taser at her.

At a woman.
Inside her own home.
For asking for a warrant.

Only after they’ve shoved people, after they’ve tased multiple U.S. citizens, after they’ve terrorized children, do they finally hold something up.

And what is it?

An administrative warrant.

Not signed by a judge.
Not legal authority to enter a home.
Not permission to kick in a door.
Not permission to point guns at kids.
Not permission to tase U.S. citizens.

This wasn’t a mistake.
This wasn’t confusion.
This was federal agents knowingly violating the Constitution, because they think no one will stop them.

If this can happen to them, it can happen to anyone.

And the question isn’t if this will happen again.

The question is how many more homes are they going to break into before someone is killed? They are going door to door, breaking into homes, assaulting people, threatening to shoot US citizens for exercising their constitutional rights…

In Chicago, a Border Patrol agent rammed a woman’s car, looked at her and said, “Do something, bitch.”

Then he shot her 5 times.

In Minneapolis, an ICE agent shot a woman as she tried to drive away, firing three shots into her head.

And after killing her… he said, “fucking bitch.”

They dehumanize women
They dehumanize immigrants
They dehumanize POC
And they dehumanize the LGBTQ+ community

To justify using violence.

When violence is preceded or followed by dehumanization, it isn’t an accident. Without accountability, the brutality will continue to get worse.

🚨BREAKING: WARNING — DISTURBING FOOTAGE

Yesterday in Minneapolis, ICE agents brutally beat and illegally arrested a legal U.S. resident… all caught on camera.

In the video, five ICE agents are seen on top of a man who is face down on the concrete.

One agent repeatedly knees him in the face while the man does not resist. He is motionless, in pain, and screaming in agony.

The assault only stops when the agent realizes a legal observer is filming. This is not an allegation. It is recorded violence.

And it gets worse.

The man, identified as Juan Carlos, is currently unhoused and living out of his car.

ICE agents unlawfully approached him, ripped him from his vehicle, violently beat him, arrested him, and transported him to the Whipple Detention Facility.

Juan Carlos posed no threat. He is a legal U.S. resident. Yet, he was assaulted and treated like a criminal.

While in custody, he began having difficulty breathing. Only then did agents transport him to a hospital, still in shackles. He had blood in his ears from the beating, yet, was denied medical care until he was in medical distress.

Once at the hospital, ICE agents attempted to intimidate medical staff and interfere with care. After approximately two hours, they finally issued Juan Carlos a ticket and left.

To be absolutely clear:

-ICE agents beat a legal U.S. resident.
-They illegally arrested him.
-They attempted to hold him in a detention facility.
-They withheld medical care until his condition worsened.
-They only backed down once there were witnesses, video evidence, and hospital staff present.

If Juan Carlos had not been taken to the hospital… a place with mandated witnesses and documentation… it is very possible a legal U.S. resident would still be sitting in an immigration detention center today.

And this is the part they don’t want you to realize:

Immigration detention is a profit-driven system. Private prison corporations make money by keeping beds full. Every illegal arrest, every unlawful hold, every person thrown into a detention center without cause is revenue for a private company.

When law enforcement agencies can illegally beat and attempt to warehouse legal residents for profit, this stops being about immigration enforcement and becomes a business model built on human suffering, and human trafficking.

This is not a misunderstanding.
This is not “questioning.”
This is state violence, enabled by a system that profits from illegal confinement.
And it will continue until it is forced to stop. They are illegally arresting and detaining people for profit.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents were caught on camera admitting that following and filming them is LEGAL… and then illegally threatening U.S. citizens with arrest anyway, in Minneapolis.

In the video, two agents approach the people filming and say, “You need to stop following us. This is your first and last warning.”

The filmer responds, correctly, “That’s not illegal.”

An agent then says the quiet part out loud: “I know.”

But immediately pivots to, “It’s illegal to impede.”

The citizens point out they are not impeding anything, which the agents themselves had already acknowledged.

Filming and following on a public roadway is legal. The agents admit they understand this… and still issue a “warning” anyway.

When pressed to explain what law is being violated, the agents falsely cite 18 U.S.C. § 111, which does not criminalize public observation or filming.

When challenged, they back off, walk away… and then escalate again.

One agent yells, “Next time I pull you over, you’re going to get arrested.”

Arrested for what? He can’t say.

Only after repeated questioning how they are impeding does the agent suddenly claim “impeding traffic.”

Even though the citizens were only stopped because the agents unlawfully confronted them in the first place.

That’s the point.

This is the same pattern we saw when they murdered Renee Good:

• Illegal stops
• Manufactured violations
• Escalation created by the agents themselves
• Threats, intimidation, and force justified after the fact

They corner people, provoke a situation, then use the situation they created to claim authority… even when they admit no law was broken.

This isn’t law enforcement.

It’s entrapment, intimidation, and a reckless abuse of power…

And we’ve already seen where this pattern leads. This is what they do. They illegal detain US citizens, illegally threaten to arrest them, and try to intimidate them out of documenting what they are doing.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol just illegally arrested a U.S. citizen… a TEENAGER… in Richfield, Minnesota.

The teen was working at Target when agents tackled him and arrested him, while his passport was in his pocket, fully identifying himself as a U.S. citizen.

None of it mattered.

Why? Because he looked Latino.

When a coworker asked who to call, he said, heartbreakingly: “my mom.”

Think about that. Your teenage son goes to work, and Border Patrol kidnaps him.

This isn’t an isolated incident. ICE and Border Patrol have repeatedly illegally arrested U.S. citizens, especially in Minnesota. And after agents murdered a U.S. citizen who tried to drive away from illegal detention, this should outrage every single American.

U.S. citizens do not have to prove their citizenship. Yet, ICE and Border Patrol agents are routinely violating the Constitution, demanding proof anyway… and even refusing to accept drivers licenses or real IDs.

And now? Even a passport doesn’t matter.

This isn’t enforcement… it’s targeting Americans based on fear and appearance, treating citizens like criminals in their own country.

When will this end? When will the government stop stripping citizens of their rights and labeling them terrorists for simply existing? And no this isn’t an isolated incident.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents were filmed assaulting U.S. citizens outside a HIGH SCHOOL in Minneapolis, pepper-spraying students as agents swarmed the school entrance.

Let that sink in.

School administrators and staff desperately tried to get agents off school property, while ushering students away from armed federal agents.

Chaos. Panic. Children running for safety.

And yes… agents pepper-sprayed STUDENTS.

This didn’t happen by accident.

This happened because the Trump administration stripped schools of their “sensitive location” protections, opening the door for ICE and Border Patrol to operate on school grounds.

In plain terms:

The federal government intentionally removed protections that once kept armed agents away from children, and now we are watching the predictable result… kids being assaulted with chemical weapons at school.

Outside a high school.
In broad daylight.
On U.S. soil.

This is not “border security.”
This is state violence.
And it’s being unleashed on children. Schools should be a safe place for children. Republicans already refuse to protect them from mass shootings, and now they are being shot with chemical weapons by ICE/Border Patrol. Image

For months, ICE and Border Patrol agents have been firing chemical weapons inches from innocent people’s faces, spraying pepper spray into vehicles, with children inside, as they drive past. Yesterday, that escalation turned deadly: an agent fired his gun at a legal observer as she tried to drive away from an unlawful assault of a U.S. citizen.

This isn’t rare. We have hundreds of videos showing ICE and Border Patrol illegally detaining U.S. citizens, assaulting U.S. citizens, and firing weapons at U.S. citizens.

DHS has lied about every single incident.

Video evidence is the only reason the public knows these abuses are happening. That’s why this administration is trying to label people who film ICE and Border Patrol as “domestic terrorists.”

But, the truth is the opposite: this administration is using ICE and Border Patrol to terrorize U.S. citizens.

Filming ICE and Border Patrol agents is the only thing standing between the truth and total impunity.Image

They illegally pull over US citizens and assault them, even when they comply.
