As a father of two, I really really struggle to think about the #Uvalde massacre for more than about 5 seconds. It’s just too much for me to fathom. I still feel sick. The thought of losing your child in such a horrific manor is unbearable enough. To know that little boy or girl’s final moments on this earth were lived in unimaginable fear and horror is beyond human comprehension. I don’t know how most of them go on. I don’t know how I could take another step. I don’t know how I could eat or sleep. It’s been about 5 seconds now. I can’t.
