The European Commission just released a report on Exit Taxes.

They're studying how to tax you for LEAVING.

A passport won't save you. Residency won't save you.

Only structure will. Here's what you need to know:

🧵 Image Exit taxes work like this:

You build wealth in a country. You decide to leave. They calculate unrealized gains on everything you own and send you a bill.

Germany does it. France does it. The US does it (for citizens who renounce).

And more countries are coming.

Venezuela is about to run the playbook...

Collapse → Regime change → IMF bailout → Yoga studios.

Here’s why Caracas could become the next expat hotspot faster than anyone thinks: 🧵 Image Step one: dollarization already happened.

Locals trade in USD, not bolívars. That’s the hard part done.

Once the government flips, foreign investors won’t need to touch the old currency. Image

Brazil vs Colombia…

My two favorite countries in Latin America.

I have spent years living in both countries.

Brazil has its advantages…

Always in business class…

Fares on these routes typically run $5K-8K.

But I haven’t actually paid for a ticket in years…

The incessant scrolling…

The never ending search for the perfect selfie.

“Amor which of these identical photos is better?”

I am not a fan of Instagram.

But…

Instagram is a killer business marketing tool.

And I use it religiously to build businesses.

Are you a digital nomad?

Do you make money online?

Are you a non US citizen or resident?

You should probably have a US LLC…

I know this sounds counterintuitive.

But it’s not!

Let’s get you up to speed about why you want an LLC.

Time for a 🧵

👇👇👇👇👇 The primary reason you probably want a LLC…

To help to minimize you tax liability.

A LLC is considered a pass through entity.

What does this mean?

Basically your income passes through to the owner of the LLC.

If the owner is not subject to US tax… Neither is the LLC.
