🧵1/ A Hidden Message in the Miraculous Medal?

Below I am wearing a large Miraculous Medal. In her apparitions to St Catherine Labouré, the Virgin Mary asked to "have a Medal struck after this model". Those who wear it are promised great graces.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miraculou… 2/ On the front is Our Lady standing on the globe, crushing a serpent's head. On the rear is a large 'M' with a cross on top. Beneath is the Sacred Heart of Jesus crowned with thorns & the Immaculate Heart of Mary pierced with a sword. But is there more to be seen in this medal?

In my quest to try different Catholic parishes to receive the Sacraments as a reluctant church-hopper since being vax mandated out of my own lifelong church/parish, I came here today (this is not my home church).

Some observations I'd like to share if you care to read 🧵... 1/ After a very long time, this was the first time I entered a physical Catholic church to receive the Eucharist in person and the Sacrament of Confession (a priest elsewhere argued with me about Covid at my last one).

I don't know what this parish did during the pandemic... 2/

but the more the nagging call of work beckoned...
the more duty and responsibility called...
the more the keyboard glistened and glared...
the more her heart resisted...1/
