You might have read about coal shortage causing major problem for China and their economy; soon thereafter people started speculating about India facing similar problems with Delhi CM @ArvindKejriwal resorting to what he knows best- lying through his teeth!

So what is reality? If much touted coal shortage this year is a one off event or an annual phenomena?
