Holy shit! I don't know why I didn't piece this together earlier. Mayor Keith Wilson's "Shelter Portland" non-profit is an actual Racketeering Scheme to line the pockets of Far-Left Politicians, such as Rep. Maxine Dexter, and all the high profile Homeless Non-Prophit Executives. This is not going to end homelessness. Their aim is to keep it going for as LONG AS POSSIBLE.
