I know it sounds nuts at first but they don't have to. Here is the first reason of several that are easy to understand.
Billionaires employ lobbyists who write both code and law. The code is written by billionaires
For billionaires. There is no need to cheat, they employ accountants that work the code that they wrote for themselves. It is far easier this way, legal and lowers risk of loss. The reason the rich "don't pay their fair share" is your government, both democrats....

I am for cutting all taxes, I am also for truth. So here is how cutting the gas tax will increase the cost of gas and create more shortages. It will also enrich the oil companies.
If they do this political stunt (for 90 days it isn't for good you know), people will RUN out & buy gas, drive more, etc. This will put pressure on the supply (actual problem) and drives prices up. Despite President Creepy Whisper's call for prices to be lowered by gas stations.
